The
Screen Printing process includes several steps.
Step
1: What do you want on your garment? Where do you
want it printed on the garment? How many colors are
involved in your design?
Step
2: After you, the customer, has approved all of
the artwork, film positives are digitally produced.
From the film positives, one screen is produced for
each color to be imprinted.
Step
3: After the screens are made, a test print is then
made to check the quality and accuracy of the print.
Step
4: The shirts are printed, run through a conveyor
dryer to cure the ink into the shirt, inspected then
boxed to be sent to you.
Screen Images, Inc. is equipped to handle any size job
from 12 pieces to several thousand pieces. If it's special
